Most of my items, I only have one each. So I can't give exchanges. My return policy is simply this: Let me know of any problem, return the item and I issue a refund.
Payments:
Google Checkout and PayPal are the PREFERED payment methods accepted. If using Paypal, please pay within 5 days. I pull items from inventory upon receiving an order, and if you don't pay I can't sell.
I will accept checks or money orders, but items will be held until payment clears. Address to send checks/money orders is:

I try to ship all items next BUSINESS day after payment is received.
Items will be shipped by the stated shipping method.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
I try to make this as affordable as possible but I would like to let you know that
these are the costs that are associated with the shipping:
-Actual Shipping Cost
-Insurance (if required)
-Packing Materials (Boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.)
P.S. I do recycle shipping materials whenever I can. It helps keep my shipping
costs down. And it's green! Yay!!
